MANUEL BARBADILLO
He travels through Europe and North Africa, working mainly in Morocco, where his work evolves from his initial realism to informalism.
1959-1962
He lives in New York. Evolves from informalism to objectualism.
1964
Begins to show the cybernetic characteristics of his modular style.
1968
From his computer course at the Calculus Center of the University of Madrid, he begins to use the computer as an artistic instrument.
Founding member of the group “Nueva Generación” in Madrid.
Founding member of the Palmo Collective in Malaga.
Founding member of seminars on “Art and Computer” of the Centro de Cálculo of the University of Madrid.
Member of the “Computer Arts Society” of London.
Member of the Artistic Council of the “Gesellschaft für Computer Grafik und Computer Kunst” of Munich.
