The goods will be shipped to the delivery address filled in the corresponding form by the buyer. Previously, the buyer will be provided with an estimate of the shipping cost to be paid by the buyer.
The estimated delivery time to addresses in Spain (except Balearic and Canary Islands and Ceuta and Melilla) will be from 2 to 5 working days, in the rest of the European Union countries from 5 to 7 days and for shipments to USA it will be from 7 to 15 working days. These times are service estimates and are not linked to specific delivery times. For international shipments outside the European Union and the USA, an estimate of the shipping cost will be made and a quotation will be sent to the buyer if desired.
Alternatively, the client may use their own shipping company to pick up the artwork at the gallery’s facilities as long as they provide the corresponding shipping records proving the exportation of the artwork.
All expenses arising from an export, such as customs clearance charges, duties and/or local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. The gallery guarantees the perfect condition of the works at the time of collection at its premises, where they are checked for their state of conservation before they are packed with professional standards of protection and shipped through reference transport companies or transport companies specialized in art. If the stipulated delivery times have elapsed without the goods having been delivered to the buyer, and there is no reported incident, the buyer must notify the gallery by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) of this situation without delay within a reasonable period of time.
It shall be up to the buyer to check the status of the order received at the time of delivery and to make any claims he/she deems appropriate within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Once this period has elapsed, the gallery is not responsible for any possible incidents. Once the product has been delivered, it becomes the responsibility of the buyer.
